Wednesday October 8, 2015 the Noon Helena Rotary club had a special Guest.
Celso Humberto Delgado - Ramirez, He is the new Consul of Mexico. Celso and his Wife Maria are here in Montana for a few days. Celso plans to visit Montana a few times a year to improve relations between Montana and Mexico. He had a recent meeting with Governor Bullock as well.
